Turnkey Bodyshop Solution
Byteback Group provide complete turn-key implementations for bodyshops around the world. Based upon our Bodyshop Revolution process we can provide a completely project managed solution to deliver unrivalled throughput and profitability from process, design and technology.
We offer a number of different implementations, which fit into the following categories:
- Bodyshop Revolution into existing bodyshops – we implement our unique process based upon theory of constraints and systems thinking into your existing bodyshop, supported with our design, technology and workflow tools. Bodyshops that have carried out this process change have seen a minimum throughput increase of 30%, halve key-to-key times and repair at a significantly lower cost than traditional bodyshops
- New build bodyshops – if you plan to build a new bodyshop, we can provide a turn-key solution from the ground up. This includes internal layout design, equipment implementation, Bodyshop Revolution implementation, production software, management and production training and complete project management.
- Dealership outsourced bodyshop – if you are a dealer group, but are unable, or do not wish to run your own bodyshop, then we can work with you to build the ultimate bodyshop and run it for you. This is a complete outsourced solution whereby you reap the rewards of the relationship by receiving a commission for all work put through your own branded bodyshop, but run by ourselves.
- Insurer outsourced bodyshop – if you are an insurer, and have areas where you cannot obtain the CSI, repair cost or throughput you desire from your existing network, Byteback Group can build Bodyshop Revolution bodyshops to specification. These can be implemented to output 30, 50, 75 or 100 vehicles per week at lower cost and with significantly lower key-to-key times than existing repair businesses.
