The Symach Dryway is the entry level spraybooth robotic drying solution, and is similar in operation to the Easydry.
Because the Dryway dries paint completely. i.e. it is 100% cross linked, you can start to polish the vehicle as soon as it cools down, with no risk of scratch marks reappearing or gloss levels dropping. In addition, if you do need to rework any paint defects (such as a paint run), then this can be carried out immediately, without risk of a reaction.
Unlike most ‘express’ hardeners, the vehicle is completely dry when removed from the booth. This reduces the risk of subsequent damage, as well as ensuring a very high gloss level and paint hold-up. It’s probably worth noting you should also see a reduction in consumables usage.
