Bodyshop Revolution can produce additional vehicle throughput from a footprint that is half the size of a traditional bodyshop. To do this, we completely change the layout of the building so that we can implement processes ensuring vehicles are moved no more than 3 times during the whole repair process. We create an environment where calm resides, where the only vehicles in the workshop are those that are being continually worked upon and where noise and chaos are all but eliminated.
