Neale Laker has been in the automotive industry for 25 years, starting out as an apprentice panel beater and moving up through the ranks at Chief and Blackhawk before working with vehicle tracking technology. Neale's particular interest is in how technology and processes can a make a difference to a bodyshop's bottom line profit, which is what attracted him to join Byteback Group in 2010 as National Sales Manager for Bodyshop Revolution. It’s been a long time since anyone has done anything this meaningful in the bodyshop arena!" A keen swimmer, cyclist and runner, Neale has been known to complete triathlons, when his back's not playing up of course!
