In order to support the Bodyshop Revolution process, it is necessary to ensure that the correct supporting infrastructure is implemented, to obtain the greatest benefit from the solution. By infrastructure, we mean supporting hardware over and above the Symach robotic technology. It is by all means not essential to invest in additional infrastructure, however there are significant profitability and throughput gains to be achieved from diligent acquisition.
Lean Bays - these purpose designed bays allow you to work using Lean’s 5S principles, where everything is in the correct place. Remember, each bay can earn you £25,000 net profit per annum, so it’s a valuable investment.
